Position Summary
Responsible for the successful sales of 247 Workspace products and services. This includes the development, account management, and the execution of tactical programs to grow new and maintain existing business within the nation. This is an “inside” sales position and we will provide you the leads (up to 10 per day.) Generous comp plan truly based on performance.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing agreed upon sales plan to identify major customers, new opportunities and grow strong business influencer relationships for the purpose of driving sales of 247 Workspace’s products and services.
  • Qualifying leads prospects, assessing opportunities, and proposing and closing sales contracts.
  • Develop account plans for key accounts that result in sales within your given market.
  • To create ecstatic customers by clearly defining expectations up front. Including following through on key details and commitments.
  • Solicit referrals and references.
  • Maintain sales force automation tool with all pertinent customer information and sales activities.
  • Utilize 247 Workspace proprietary products and distribution channels when appropriate and management of the sales life cycle.
  • Communicate as needed with sales manager on sales opportunities and activities.
  • Attend Sales Meetings and provided timely reporting.
  • Participate in all needed training to become an expert in the sales of 247 Workspace’s product offerings as well as sales techniques.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications (and or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in selling office furniture preferred
  • 3+ years sales and sales experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close sales and a history of higher earnings
